How do you get new clients ?
ArchiTech® benefits from an robust sales and marketing infrastructure developed and refined over many years by its parent company EZ Plans, Inc., and has already delivered hundreds of new projects to the architects on the platform. ArchiTech® delivers new clients under contract, not cold leads.
What types of projects can you offer ?
ArchiTech® assigns all types of single and multi-family residential projects on a regular basis, including remodels, additions, accessory dwelling units (ADU’s) and new construction projects. ArchiTech also assigns mixed use projects as well as commercial TI projects.
What are the typical project fees ?
The project fees you can expect to earn range from under $10,000 for smaller projects to over $100,000 for larger multi-family projects with everything in between.
What does it cost to join your platform ?
ArchiTech® membership is free and there are no out of pocket costs.
What is your role in the process ?
ArchiTech® serves as the master coordinator of all architecture and related services throughout the life of the project. ArchiTech assigns new projects to member architects, then provides customer support services and contract administration services, including billing, collections and payment services. You focus on what you love best, design and architecture.
How do you handle customer service ?
The practice management solutions on our platform replace many back-office functions of a traditional architecture practice. This allows us to jointly provide a curated level of customer service to the clients using the ArchiTech® platform, and further serves to manage and maximize your efficiency.
